We are a local soba restaurant founded in 1961 and we are loved by the neighborhood. We make our soba noodles and broth using specially selected ingredients. Two of our original dishes obtained "Sumida Modern Style" certification.

Sobaman is located two minutes from Yahiro Station and one minute from a bus stop. We have been loved by the community for seventy years. You can try traditional Japanese soba at our restaurant.

Koume no Yabusoba[小梅のやぶそば]

We hand make our dishes every day in order to pass down the flavor of the previous generations, which has not changed since the time our restaurant was founded 80 years ago. Not only are the soba (buckwheat noodles) and udon (thick wheat noodles) homemade, but the soup is as well. Our restaurant is very close to TOKYO SKYTREE.

Soba Yuuzen Ichirikiya [そば遊膳 いちりきや]

We are a soba restaurant that has been running for over 60 years. Our most popular menu item is our buckwheat noodles made with domestic buckwheat flour served in a wickerwork basket with tempura. You can sit on the tatami flooring and enjoy Japan's season via our interior decoration featuring seasonal Japanese flowers.

Kyoushi Honoka [蕎肆 穂乃香]

We are a soba (buckwheat noodle) restaurant that hand makes our soba noodles with domestic buckwheat flour that is ground in-shop. We also have a wide selection of Japanese sake and snacks that go well with alcohol. Our popular Hokusai Seiro (buckwheat noodles served on a wickerwork tray) that is made with duck and green onions from Senju has a rich flavor that you will want to eat over and over again.

Ramen Takumiya was selected to “the No.1 Tokyo Ramen Shop” award. We use soy sauce that has been matured for a long time so that you can taste the “umami” flavor. Our shop has been featured in the press many times.

SOBADOKORO MARUSHIN [そば処 まるしん]

There are three main genealogical lines of Edo-Soba (buckwheat noodles); “Sunaba” ”Sarashina” and “ Yabu”. We serve Sarashina soba. Our noodles, consisting of 70% buckwheat and 30% wheat flour, are offered at reasonable prices. From evening we serve alcoholic beverages that you can enjoy with a variety of Japanese-style tapas.
