We are a local soba restaurant founded in 1961 and we are loved by the neighborhood. We make our soba noodles and broth using specially selected ingredients. Two of our original dishes obtained "Sumida Modern Style" certification.
We hand make our dishes every day in order to pass down the flavor of the previous generations, which has not changed since the time our restaurant was founded 80 years ago. Not only are the soba (buckwheat noodles) and udon (thick wheat noodles) homemade, but the soup is as well. Our restaurant is very close to TOKYO SKYTREE.
We are a soba restaurant that has been running for over 60 years. Our most popular menu item is our buckwheat noodles made with domestic buckwheat flour served in a wickerwork basket with tempura. You can sit on the tatami flooring and enjoy Japan's season via our interior decoration featuring seasonal Japanese flowers.

We also have a wide selection of Japanese sake and snacks that go well with alcohol. Our popular Hokusai Seiro (buckwheat noodles served on a wickerwork tray) that is made with duck and green onions from Senju has a rich flavor that you will want to eat over and over again.
