There are three main genealogical lines of Edo-Soba (buckwheat noodles); “Sunaba” ”Sarashina” and “ Yabu”. We serve Sarashina soba. Our noodles, consisting of 70% buckwheat and 30% wheat flour, are offered at reasonable prices. From evening we serve alcoholic beverages that you can enjoy with a variety of Japanese-style tapas.
