Founded in 1952 - as a butcher shop delivering poultry to local Sumo stables -our speciality is Chicken Chanko; "chanko" being a hot-pot which is the staple fare of Sumo wrestlers. We recieve high praise for our chicken-giblet chanko; as giblets are not usually included in a chanko.
